Here at innocent, we’re on a mission to make it easier for everyone to get more fruit and veg into their bodies. We started back in 1999 and since then we’ve gone from selling a few smoothies at a music festival to becoming one of Europe’s biggest drinks companies with around 1,000 people (and the B Corp seal of approval).
It’s nice to be able to say things like that but we’re not patting ourselves on the back just yet. We want to show everyone that it’s possible to be a successful business while looking after people and the planet too, so we’re trying to get better in pretty much every way. And that’s where this job comes in.
What youll be doing
We’re looking for a Head of Technology to help us do what we do best – making healthy drinks, doing business the right way, and keeping our tech in tip-top shape.
At Innocent, we like to keep things fresh – whether it’s our smoothies or our approach to technology. Over the past few years, we’ve been busy investing in ERP, PLM, HRIS, and even building the blender (our very own factory – no big deal). Now, we’re looking for someone to take our core technology and application estate to the next level.
What you’ll be doing:
* You’ll be at the heart of shaping and delivering our technology and transformation strategy.
* Leading a brilliant team of technology experts, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
* Crafting and executing a data & analytics strategy that gives us an edge and helps us make even smarter decisions.
* Building an enterprise architecture that supports our business growth and transformation.
* Making sure our core technology is secure, stable, and simple to use (because no one likes clunky systems).
* Partnering with the Coca-Cola Company and other key stakeholders to drive innovation and keep our tech running smoothly.
* Leading key technology projects, like modernising our core technology and upgrading our network.
You’ll have
You’ll be someone who loves all things tech and knows how to bring people along for the ride.
Were looking for someone that has:
* Experience in a senior technology leadership role.
* A strong track record in modernising technology and leading transformation projects within a manufacturing environment.
* Great knowledge of enterprise architecture and data & analytics strategy.
* Top-notch stakeholder management and communication skills.
* The ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
* A knack for influencing (not in a social media way).
* Experience with technology operations and cyber security.
