Chef de Partie -full time permanent positions | 48 hours per week, five days over seven
A great opportunity for a talented and ambitious Chef de Partie, looking to further their career in an AA Five Red Star kitchen with AA Three Rosettes and a Michelin Green Star.
Our food is created from locally sourced and sustainable produce, with menus changing regularly as we move through the seasons. You’ll manage an efficient and profitable section, ensuring that attractive seasonal food of the highest quality is served efficiently and consistently whilst achieving agreed targets and customer satisfaction through effective management. To cook dishes and carry out tasks as directed by senior chefs, working in line with statutory and company guidelines. We’ll also expect a lively interest in the menu planning process, and development of new dishes. We’re interested in hearing from enthusiastic chefs keen to develop and expand their skills, especially those with a passion for fine dining. The salary offered is £28,500 per annum, and live-in accommodation may be available.
