Property Manager
Location: Bristol
Job Type: Full-time with training provided

Our leading Property Management client is seeking a motivated and customer-focused candidate they can train to become a successful Block Property Manager in the Bristol office (parking and hybrid working).
Working with an established business with private residential developments in the area, you will play a key role by managing a property portfolio to ensure that customers receive value for money and excellent support.

* Monday to Friday 9am - 5:30pm (37.5 hours)
* Flexible / Hybrid working
Main Duties (Training Provided):
* Manage portfolio in accordance with regulations
* Handle client enquiries via phone and email
* Attend client meetings and regular site visits
* Oversee contractors' performance and maintenance issues
* Prepare and monitor budgets
* Oversee building compliance management
* Work with internal departments to ensure buildings remain clean and safe for residents
Experience Needed:
* Keen to build a career in Property
* Customer-focused and approachable
* Organised with good time management skills
* Keen to learn, develop, and progress a career
* Local to Bristol or within a commutable distance
* Driver/Car (Parking and expenses paid)
