BCTG is currently working with established Care employers in Sandwell & Dudley that have live vacancies available. Were looking for passionate and committed individuals who are currently out of work to complete a 6-week programme in partnership with these employers to prepare you for the Adult Social Care sector, with the aim of securing a permanent position. The BCTG Pathway to Care Programme BCTG works with recognised care employers across Sandwell and Dudley to help transform the recruitment process for key sectors by creating supported pathways for jobseekers currently out of work, but who are motivated to secure employment. Our 6-week programme combines pre-employment training delivered by our qualified Training Advisors, followed a work experience placement whereby the candidate will get hands-on experience and training within the care sector. After successful completion of the programme, you are guaranteed an interview with one of these employers, your job is to demonstrate your capabilities, the right values and commitment to provide excellent Care.
