Down for a Residential Facility. This position offers the chance to lead a team in providing exceptional care and support for adults with learning disabilities. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the care of residents, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care that promotes independence and dignity. Your role will be pivotal in leading by example, supporting your team, and working alongside the Registered Manager to develop and implement care plans tailored to individual needs. You will also play a key role in managing staff, resources, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities: Leadership & Supervision: Guide, mentor, and support a team of care assistants, promoting teamwork and ensuring high standards of care. Person-Centred Care: Ensure that care plans are followed, and that residents receive personal care in a way that enhances their independence and well-being. Care Plan Management: Support the Registered Manager in the development and implementation of care plans and risk assessments. Staff Development: Provide supervision and direction to care assistants, helping them grow in their roles through training and support. Health & Safety: Lead the team to ensure a safe and supportive environment for residents and staff during night shifts. Service Delivery: Take charge of the service in the absence of senior management, ensuring operations run smoothly. Resource Management: Assist in managing budgets and resources efficiently to ensure that the service runs within its financial framework. Compliance: Ensure that all practices comply with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and quality standards.
