Managing Director Northwest Europe Market Description - The Northwest Europe Market MD is responsible for developing and deploying strategies that will advance market share/penetration and achieve profitable growth. This position will manage a GTM team in the market and collaborate with Commercial Organisation (CO) leaders with a focus on driving sales through established partners and customers directly. The position will report to the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) as part of HP’s Commercial Organization. Leads HP Northwest Europe Market within a multifaceted organization. Responsible for operational success, strategic alignment and integration of activities with other major organizational functions. Responsible for one or more recognized professional disciplines. Fully accountable for the success of the designated function or department. Influences strategy and sets policy and direction. Owns a significant number of measurable functional, operational and strategic goals or priorities. Assumes responsibility for the successful implementation of business plans in a defined area of responsibility. Contributes to the overall strategic definition of a function with strong business acumen. Acts as a key advisor to executive management in influencing the strategic direction of the business. Develops, owns and lead execution on Northwest Europe Market's strategic plan, operational success and full integration with HP’s strategy. Fully accountable for the long-term success of Northwest Europe Market Responsible for the operational success, strategic alignment and full integration of activities with other major organizational functions Fully accountable for the long-term success of the designated organization and to the overall contribution to broader Company goals. Delivers work that has broad company- or industry-wide impact. Knowledge and Experience Requirements Bachelor’s Degree, MBA 10-12 years account management experience. Experience in IT industry and in vertical industry preferred. Experience in leading global teams. P&L and risk management skills and experience required.
