The objective ofthe role will be to secure new customers to a consortium forprocurement solutions & services that offers customersaccess to group procurement, economies of scale and scope,preferential offers, and rapid access to a range of vetted serviceswithin Asset Management, Property Services, Compliance,Construction, Building Safety & Development acrossproducts, materials, and services. You will be responsible formarketing the service, and the products and solutions that itcontains, to new and existing customers in the market across theWest Midlands to generate growth.

* Property background -Experience as a Social Housing professional with subject matterexpertise in Assets, Property Services, Development or BuildingSafety looking for a new challenge.
* SupplyChain/Merchants - Experience working within the supply chainproviding materials, goods, and services to the Housing,Construction, Building Safety, Asset Management, &/orProperty services sectors with knowledge of the relevant goods,services, prices, and people.
* AccountManagement & Business Development - A successful trackrecord as a business development/account management/customerservice management professional with a successful track record ofeffective new business development, looking after customers, andbuilding relationships and selling services. Any experience ofworking with procurement frameworks or within the sectorsdesirable.

* Self-starter with a positiveapproach that is happy and motivated to be target driven but workin a team environment that understands socialvalue.

* Experience of the current SocialHousing market, including current issues within development,compliance, building safety, property services and/or strategicasset management.
* Experience of sellingservices to the property/housing sector within the WestMidlands.
* An understanding of the commercialconstruction market and newdevelopment.
As an individual youwill be an excellent communicator, adept at liaising at all levelswith a variety of stakeholders. You will also be highly analyticalwith a keen eye for problem solving and meticulous record keeping.This role is hybrid based, with some time spent in an office inBirmingham, some time working from home and ad hoc travel aroundthe West Midlands region so a driving license is required for thispost and costs will be catered for.
