About this Opportunity:
We have an exciting opportunity to join us in our Insurance, Pensions and Investments (IP&I) as a Conversion Rate Optimisation Experimentation Manager (CRO). This role offers an outstanding opportunity to work alongside CRO professionals and grow your expertise in a dynamic, data-driven environment. You'll support the development and delivery of strategies for improving the bank's digital channels. You'll play a key role in running tests, multivariate experiments, and personalisation initiatives across our website, mobile apps, and other digital products.
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Assist in the planning, setup, and execution of A/B and multivariate tests across various digital platforms, ensuring they align with CRO strategies.
* Work with the analytics team to capture data from experiments and generate reports on test performance, offering insights and recommendations based on the results. Help manage and maintain the experimentation roadmap, prioritising tests based on business objectives and available resources.
* Collaborate with the Senior CRO Lead and other partners to develop testable hypotheses based on user behaviour, research, and business needs. Assist in gathering qualitative insights through user research, surveys, and analytics to better understand customer difficulties and areas for improvement.
* Work closely with teams in marketing, user experience, design, and product to implement experiments that enhance customer journeys and improve digital performance.
* Gain hands-on experience with CRO tools (e.g., Google Optimize, Optimizely, VWO), ensuring experiments are set up accurately and running efficiently. Stay updated on the latest CRO trends, tools, and standard processes, giving ideas and suggestions to refine testing methodologies.
* Support the preparation of regular performance updates for internal teams, ensuring clear communication of experiment results and ongoing CRO initiatives.
