As part of our expansion, we’re looking for a consultative and driven Business Development Executive to bring our talent solutions to market and build lasting partnerships. What You’ll Be Doing: Sell a full suite of recruitment solutions: RPO, MSP, SOW, RaaS, and project-based hiring. Develop strategic relationships with HR, TA, procurement, and business leaders. Lead client discovery sessions to uncover hiring needs and workforce pain points. Build a robust pipeline through networking, outbound outreach, and industry events. Stay ahead of market trends and competitor activity to offer cutting-edge solutions.You Must Have: Proven business development experience. Background in recruitment, RPO, or workforce solutions. Strong commercial acumen and ability to shape bespoke workforce strategies. Experience engaging with mid-market or enterprise clients. Excellent understanding of recruitment delivery cycles and contract frameworks.Nice to Have: Experience in selling or delivering talent solutions (RPO, MSP, SOW, RaaS). Sector expertise in finance, insurance, engineering, life sciences, renewable energy, or tech. Familiarity with ATS/CRM systems and workforce tech tools.
