Rate: £50 - £55 per hour umbrella (Locum/Interim)

Working: Remote / Hybrid
About the Civil Litigation Lawyer Role:
An Exciting opportunity has arisen for Civil Litigation Lawyers to join an established local authority in the East Midlands on a locum basis for 3 months+ and on a full time or part time basis.
As a Civil Litigation Solicitor there will be a variety of matters to handle including debt recovery, judicial review, commercial property disputes, and housing litigation.
Key Responsibilities of the Civil Litigation Lawyer role:
As a litigation lawyer in the litigation section, you will provide clear, comprehensive professional legal advice to all clients and be comfortable negotiating with other professionals. Lawyers manage a portfolio of their own cases, advising on complex matters including, but not limited to:
* Debt Recovery
* Judicial Review
* Property and land disputes
* Housing disputes
* Commercial disputes
* Landlord and tenant disputes

We are looking for full-time or part-time and flexible working candidates with the organisation currently working in a remote or hybrid working manner and offering flexi time.
You will need to be a qualified Solicitor, barrister or FCILEx to apply. Local Government experience is essential.
