About Prestige Nursing & Care Bath
Our Bath branch is composed of long-serving staff with vast knowledge of the area and our client base. Our goal is to provide the best quality of care possible, embracing each carer and client into the Prestige family, working together to achieve our goals and values, and to make a difference in the lives of our clients and their families.
Who will I be supporting?
This is a great opportunity to work with an independent adult with full capacity who requires ventilation overnight. Duties include hourly observation and management of equipment to ensure a stable night's sleep for the client. Some complex experience is advantageous; however, full training can be provided.
What we offer:
1. You will be paid the National Minimum Wage for all attended training sessions and shadow shifts.
2. Work with our own clients, no agency work.
3. Pension scheme.
4. Blue light card.
5. Enhanced Maternity/Paternity and Adoption schemes.
6. Continued professional development to support you & your career.
7. Holiday pay.
8. Refer a friend with our 'Care Friends' App - T&C's apply.
9. Employee Assistance line - available 24/7 and fully confidential for our staff.
10. Support from your local branch team and out-of-hours support.
We're looking for:
1. Excellent communication skills.
2. A full UK driver's licence.
3. Good professional and personal references.
In line with CQC & Care Inspectorate regulations, we require and will undertake Enhanced DBS/PVG, Right to Work, Reference, and Employment History checks in line with Government guidelines for this role and safer recruitment best practices.
Whilst we endeavor to keep the recruitment process as short as possible, due to the nature of these important checks, there may be extensions to timelines.
All our clients are entitled to have their needs met in a safe, fair, and balanced way. Prestige Nursing & Care colleagues are responsible for promoting Equal Opportunities for all and for challenging any behavior or practice that discriminates against any client or colleague on the grounds of race, religion, disability, age, gender, sexual orientation, identity, or any other perceived difference.
You may be asked to provide your employment details through HMRC.
