KS2 Teacher - Outstanding School
This fantastic primary school is seeking a proactive and highly skilled KS2 teacher to start in April 2025.
The school is searching for an outstanding KS2 teacher who has the skills and drive to lead a fun-loving Year 4 or 5 class starting in April 2025.
Only exceptional, experienced KS2 teachers will be interviewed for this permanent full-time position.
The children are hardworking, caring, inquisitive, and imaginative, and the staff here aspire to develop well-rounded, confident pupils through a supportive pastoral environment. As a result, we are seeking a primary teacher who knows how to drive attainment and create engaging lessons.
Responsibilities of a KS2 teacher:
1. As a KS2 teacher, you will be responsible for the pastoral care of the children, promoting teamwork, and cultivating a conducive learning environment.
2. Teaching the Key Stage 2 curriculum to groups of children while also focusing on each individual child's learning targets, encouraging their strengths, and improving their weaknesses.
3. Further developing maths ability and introducing fractions, statistics, and geometry.
4. Keeping track of children's progress and occasionally reporting back to parents.
