Our client is a well-established and respected Essex-based car dealership who is looking for an Accounts Assistant/Administrator to join on a full-time basis. This is an exciting time to join this company as further expansion is planned for 2016.
All Applicants MUST have previous dealership experience.
The Accounts Administrator's responsibilities include:
1. Purchase Ledger
2. Processing vehicle purchase invoices to SAGE system
3. Processing vehicle preparation and warranty costs to SAGE system
4. Paying suppliers by bank transfer
5. Sales Ledger
6. Invoicing customers and banking payments received
