Our client a successful online fashion brand, are looking to recruit an experienced Ecommerce/ Digital Marketing Manager to join their teams based in the amazing studio's in East London. The successful candidate will have experience in all thing digital working for a successful online fashion brand with Meta platform.

● Develop and manage an industry-leading digital marketing strategy for prospecting and retargeting our community, whilst driving ROAS.
● Manage our email marketing strategy by working across newsletters, flows & segmentation of our database to get the best possible results.
● Build and own our audience list across all channels.
● Manage our multi-channel digital performance campaigns across (but not limited to) Meta and Google, ensuring channels are fully optimised, testing content types & tracking results.
● Improve user experience including strategising loyalty and customer retention through digital channels.
● Utilise advanced analytic tools and trend analysis to precisely deliver essential metric reports, leading to informed optimisation recommendations and actionable insights.
● Support with the development and implementation of the SEO strategy to elevate the brand's online presence.
● Enhance and refine the community journey throughout all digital performance and retention touchpoints, whilst continuously exploring new channels for growth.
● Collaborate with the marketing team on the concept, development and implementation of digital marketing plans.
● Stay updated on industry trends, digital marketing best practices and emerging technologies, and continuously seek ways to innovate and improve our digital marketing strategies.
A GOOD FIT

● 5+ years experience working in Digital Marketing
● Proven success with SEO, social media, and email marketing strategies/ PPC/ Paid media .
● Experience working with Meta platform
● Proficient knowledge and experience of Search Engine Optimisation
● Strong understanding of Google Analytics to analyse and report on website performance, customer journey and behaviour data
● A proven track record managing email marketing. Direct experience with Klaviyo is a bonus
● Positive attitude and the ability to keep up with a fast-paced environment
● High level of attention to detail and focus
● Highly organised, self-sufficient with an ability to prioritise and drive multiple projects simultaneously
● Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
● Based in London
● Eligible to work in the UK
