About the Role
We are seeking a Nurse Educator - Operating Theatres to join our Professional Development Unit (PDU). This role is integral to facilitating and promoting educational opportunities within the Operating Theatre and Endoscopy environment, supporting clinical staff, and enhancing professional development.
Additionally, you will contribute to the wider organisation's educational needs to ensure cohesive practice across all services. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a team dedicated to providing high-quality learning experiences and professional growth.
About the Team/Service/Location
The Professional Development Unit (PDU) brings together the nursing education functions into one integrated team, ensuring seamless support for clinical staff. This role will be central to developing and delivering education and training within the Operating Theatre service, working collaboratively with a variety of teams to enhance learning opportunities.

About You
We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Nurse Educator with the following qualities:
* Registered Nurse with a current Annual Practising Certificate
* Previous experience in Operating Theatres or Endoscopy
* Strong background in clinical education and professional development
* Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
* Ability to work autonomously and prioritise in a dynamic environment
* Commitment to interdepartmental collaboration and workforce development
