Are you a Property Administrator, seeking your next contract in Birmingham? My client has an immediate opportunity for an experienced member of staff to join their Birmingham City Centre team on an initial interim basis. The successful applicant will support the Strategic Asset Management Team to deliver the programme of stock condition surveys by providing high quality related administration and support. Responsibilities: To monitor customer queries and liaise with colleagues to resolve queries. Work with the Surveying Team to arrange appointments and resolve issues with customers and reschedule diaries when appointments can’t be met. Track progress against the programme of stock condition surveys, and report on performance to the wider team. To support in managing stock condition data including data entry, validation and reporting To raise stock condition works orders and act as facilitator to ensure appointments are arranged timely and all parties are aware.
