Bubbly Mum in her 40's seeks a professional, dynamic individual for a senior personal assistant role in Bognor.
You will lead my small, friendly team of PAs whilst delivering genuinely person centred care enabling me to live mybest life!
I need an organised, efficient individual with a kind heart and care experience. Training specific to my complex careneeds will be given.
Although the role requires professionalism as you'll be leading my team from the front; you'll find there's plenty of opportunities to go out with me and enrich my life!
Duties include:
Medication prompting/administering
Personal grooming
Eating and drinking assistance
Moving and handling
Clinical tasks
Other relevant duties as required
Administration
Housekeeping
Shopping
Cooking
Transportation
Companionship
Looking after pets
Gardening
Dressing / undressing
Bathroom assistance
Candidate qualities:
Respectful of the employer's privacy and confidentiality

Able to both follow instructions and work on own initiative
Hygienic, tidy and well organised
Fit and healthy to undertake the required duties
Patient and possess excellent interpersonal skills
Honest and cheerful
Creative

Able to always work to high standards of health & safety
