BIM Coordinator for London Architects Team Salary: £45k - £55k Permanent, Full time, Hybrid Working 1 day per week Opportunity to join an Architectural practice with a well-established reputation centered around large scale complex projects in the UK and Europe. You would be joining an experienced team of talented individuals, within a friendly environment that has appreciation for BIM and its benefits across projects and practice. In terms of projects, you would gain exposure across a diverse portfolio, some of the imminent works in the pipe line span across Data Centre and Commercial sectors. Leading on BIM coordination of projects within allocated sector, with a focus on streamlining work flow, avoiding BIM pitfalls, reducing time-loss, enhancing communication and model sharing with internal and external teams. Example of core responsibilities include the setting up of Revit models, managing outputs, performing BIM coordination and clash detection exercises, and communicating with the project teams/consultants to ensure the BIM output follows the BIM Execution Plan. Requirements: Advanced technical skills in operating on Revit, BIM 360 An added bonus if you have knowledge in Dynamo, API, Python Script, Power BI Basic knowledge on managerial side of BIM and documents Demonstrated interest in BIM methodology and technological Innovation Ideally from an Architectural background - either education or applied industry experience A relevant degree or accreditation/certification in BIM, Architecture, Architectural Technology Salary is based on experience and skill set, including a healthy package, and great opportunities for career progression, or even relocation within Europe to another office, within a supportive working environment.
