We are currently looking to recruit a highly-motivated, proactive Workshop Coordinator to join our Service Team. The role will be Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week staring 7:45am – 4:15pm This role will be responsible for controlling stock within the workshop, and effectively maintaining our after-sales support function for the business. Please be aware that as this is a warehouse-based role, within the workshop area, it will require manual lifting and the use of pallet trucks with the possibility of training on PPT. With this role a basic knowledge of electrical rework would be advantageous. Key Accountabilities Creating service calls Preparing pallets for rework Processing reworks for UK & EU markets Process products to send back to our suppliers Control and process dispatches for completed repairs Control queries from other departments via email and Microsoft Teams Manage completed pallets to send to other parts of the business Stock management for spare parts within the workshop storeroom Booking in of spares assigned to engineers to carry out field repairs Manage scrap pallets and general waste Maintain a clean and tidy area within the workshop and warehouse Adhere to the health and safety requirements of our business, ensuring a safe working environment for yourself and our colleagues Meet and exceed individual Key Performance Indicators Capabilities, Skills and Experience Required Experience of working with Microsoft Office, Outlook is essential Good problem-solving and resolution skills with the ability to prioritise workload A strong attention to detail Basic Knowledge of electrical rework would be preferred but is not essential A driving licence would be preferred but is not essential An excellent standard of written and spoken English Ability to work well within in a team Willingness to manage multiple tasks at once, adhering to guidelines and deadlines Previous experience of working with service management software is desirable Benefits Competitive base salary with an annual performance related bonus which can be up to 3% 25 days holiday (prorated for part-time roles) Additional Day off for your Birthday The option to earn 4 additional days holiday or a cash bonus, based on your attendance.
