Our client is a leading global freight forwarding company. They are rapidly expanding with offices in the UK, China, USA and Netherlands.
The Company head office is based at a location just outside of Heywood
Our client is currently looking for a PART-TIME Billing Administrator to join their team on a FIXED TERM 12 month contract for 15 hours a week on a Wednesday and Thursday.
What you will be doing as the Billing Administrator:
1. Day-to-day front-end support including resolving incidents and fulfilling service requests
2. Process billing (including receive invoices, placing into the system, reconciling, posing)
3. Process any manual billings for carrier accounts
4. Communicate daily with key departments
5. Undertake general day to day office administrative processes
6. Liaise with suppliers or customers on a wide range of issues
7. Engage in informal education/training from other team members to gain additional skills
8. The role will allow the opportunity to get involved with a wide range of Ad hoc projects
What you need to bring:
9. Detail driven and adherence to deadlines
10. Ability to work on own initiative, self-motivated and tenacious
11. Experience with basic Microsoft Excel
