Salary: £61,116.53 (inclusive of 35% holiday bonus for 33 days per year; 25 vacation and 8 bank holidays)
Hours: Monday to Thursday 7:00-15:30 and Friday 7:00-12:30

Identify and drive new opportunities to improve plant efficiency using your data science expertise.
Extract, transform, and analyse complex manufacturing data, reporting insights to support plant operations.
Develop and maintain data visualisation tools and dashboards to communicate insights effectively.
Collaborate with our central innovation network and global data analytics teams, serving as the plant's point of contact.
Help build a dynamic data science team within the plant and lead data training across departments.Qualifications and Experience:
A degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Physical Sciences, or a related field-or equivalent experience in a similar engineering/automotive environment.
Strong problem-solving skills, with a track record of providing data support to manufacturing investigations.
Experience automating data pipelines and using Big Data Analytics tools, with cloud database experience.
Proficiency in SQL and Python programming, and a solid understanding of current and emerging data technologies.
A proactive, driven individual who excels in teamwork and leadership, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
