Role Summary This role is for a Communications and PR all-rounder, responsible for supporting the team in all aspects of internal and external communications. You'll be creating engaging content across various channels (newsletters, social media, websites) to showcase the organisation's work, promote key messages, and engage with residents. Role Specific Responsibilities Developing a range of articles, using a variety of media, that showcase TCH’s work, and promote these via appropriate TCH channels. Creating regular internal and external newsletters that support dissemination of TCH comms plan/strategy/calendar. Delivering routine communication projects and campaigns and corporate projects. Tracking analytics and creating reports detailing successes and failures of communications campaigns. Coordinating and drafting responses to media releases, press enquiries and social media comments and messages. Delivering direct resident communications to support business needs, via letter, email and social media. Ensuring communication is transparent, timely, professional, and in line with brand value and tone. Developing and maintaining TCH digital platforms including social media channels and websites to reflect brand values and ensure user accessibility and up to date, relevant information. Contributing to the development of our digital approach, both internally and externally, working collaboratively across the business. Ensuring key messages are communicated consistently in an engaging way using plain English and in line with brand values and tone. Developing and maintaining digital media archives including photos and videos. Carrying out research looking at best practice and innovation in Communications and PR. Becoming familiar with and keeping up to date with relevant organisation policy, procedure and associated housing legislation.
