TEC Partnership is one of England’s largest providers of further and higher education. With a rich history of developing innovative training and education solutions for the community it is a dynamic and financially sound organisation which spans both the North and South banks of the Humber.
Our People & Culture team provides a service across the whole organisation stretching from Skegness to Scarborough. We are developing a North bank-based team, to enable us to provide a proactive face to face people service for all campuses. This team which will complement our South Bank team will consist of a People Partner and People Advisor and will provide support to our East Riding Colleges (Beverley, Bridlington, Hull) and Scarborough TEC.
About the role
Under the direction of the People Partner, you will deliver proactive support and people advice which empowers managers to work with their people and enable them to succeed in all aspects of their roles.
About the person
As a people focused professional, you will hold a CIPD Level 3 qualification and have the drive to continually develop and grow. A sound knowledge of employment law, hands on experience in supporting managers with people processes, excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work autonomously, though able to recognise and seek support from colleagues where appropriate are key requirements for this role.
