Job Title: Service Operations Coordinator
Role Overview
As part of the Service Transformation which is one of the UKI strategic pillars, this role has been created within the CCC. You will support regional business units across the UK in the active reduction of shut down units and improve performance on contracted SLA’s. Drive communication across multiple business units collating information from multiple data sources to create unit level action for improvement. Undertake and continuously evolve admin task completion to increase field colleague ability to increase focus on repair, ultimately reducing waste, improving margins, and supporting growth.
On a typical day you will:
* Act as the interface driving communication between CCC teams and Operational Management teams in a designated region of the country.
* Work closely with multiple internal and external stakeholders, offering support to all aiming to reduce repair times, shut down units and improve customer experience.
* Provide support to achieve Engineer estimated time of arrivals.
* Monitor follow on calls, closing these where required.
* Ensure relevant information is updated on Otis business systems with attention to customer helpdesks and designated points of contact.
* Provide extensive updates on any shutdown units and keep customer fully informed of progress.
* Monitor outstanding parts for the region and improve these where possible.
* Provide adequate coverage for holiday and sickness within the department when required.
* Support other business areas when required.
