About The Opportunity:
* £45,000 - £55,000 basic
* Up to £18,000 bonus (uncapped) – accelerators to £27,000
* Office – Based in West Midlands (some flexible working)

The Internal Sales Manager will:
* Lead the strategy across the internal sales team,
* Training staff to meet customer service expectations.
* Managing a team of internal account manager.
* Handle escalation enquiries from customers.
* Meeting with other managers to discuss possible improvements to customer service; being involved in staff recruitment and appraisals.
* Training staff to deliver a high standard of customer service.
