About the Role
We’re seeking a driven Event Manager to join our growing team, delivering world-class conferences across the UK, EMEA, North America, Asia, and South America. This is a hybrid role that blends event sales, sponsorship, and conference production, offering the chance to work on both the commercial and content sides of the business.
You'll take ownership of four or more global events, ensuring their commercial success while also supporting the Managing Director with a broader portfolio. You’ll research industry trends, develop compelling conference programmes, secure top-tier speakers, and manage sponsorship sales, all while being part of a dynamic and forward-thinking team.

Key Responsibilities
* Produce high-quality conferences from concept to delivery, ensuring commercial success.
* Develop conference agendas, secure top-level speakers, and conduct market research.
* Grow and manage your sponsorship portfolio, meeting revenue targets.
* Oversee end-to-end event execution, working closely with internal teams.
* Build relationships with key industry players and represent the business at events.
What We’re Looking For
* 4+ years’ experience in sponsorship/event sales OR conference production.
* Strong research, content development, and commercial acumen.
* Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organisational skills.
* Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to take ownership of high-profile projects.
