At Griffin Mill, we are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Bodyshop and SMART Repair Advisor to join our team. This role is crucial for ensuring a seamless customer experience from the initial assessment to the final repair of vehicles. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of bodyshop operations and excellent customer service skills.
Responsibilities:
2. Handle customer enquiries, complaints, and follow-ups with professionalism
3. Inspect damaged vehicles to provide accurate repair estimates
4. Prepare and present repair quotes to customers, explaining the costs and necessary work
5. Liaise with insurance companies to manage claims and ensure smooth processing
6. Coordinate with technicians and parts suppliers to ensure all necessary materials are available
7. Maintain accurate records of repairs, estimates, and customer interactions
8. Ensure all documentation complies with company policies and industry standards
9. Identify opportunities to upsell additional services and products to customers
About you:
10. Have excellent communication and written skills
11. Be self-motivated and pro-active, maintaining high levels of focus and enthusiasm
12. Able to work independently and make decisions, as well as working and communicating effectively as part of a team
13. Excellent English, both written and spoken, in order to communicate well via email and phone
14. Always working to ensure the highest level of customer care and satisfaction
15. Experience of working in a customer-facing role and a valid drivers’ license is essential
16. Experience working in a bodyshop or automotive repair environment, with specific experience in SMART repairs
