Your Role
and What You'll Be Doing
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing regional marketing strategies to enhance the firm’s market presence and support business growth. This role involves coordinating regional activities, supporting the opening of new locations, and collaborating with various teams within the Business Development and Marketing department. The Marketing Manager will serve as the primary contact for Regional Managing Partners and ensure alignment with the firm’s overall brand and external communications strategy and beyond and will be a key player in our GTM ambitions. Exact duties will include:
1. Coordinating regional marketing activities to enhance the firm’s visibility and reputation in local markets
2. Assisting in the planning and execution of marketing initiatives for the opening of new office locations within the UK
3. Preparing and managing regional marketing budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources and adherence to financial guidelines
4. Developing and implementing regional marketing strategies that align with the firm’s business objectives and brand guidelines
5. Implementing lead capture methods during events and ensure timely follow-up to nurture leads and convert prospects into customers
6. Monitoring and analysing the effectiveness of regional marketing activities, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement
7. Working closely with the Business Development, Campaigns and Events, and Digital Marketing teams to ensure cohesive and integrated marketing efforts.
About You
We're looking for a Marketing Manager who is proactive, has a strategic mindset and has a passion for creative marketing solutions. Our ideal candidate will have the following:
8. Proficiency in marketing software and tools
9. Excellent organisational and time management skills
10. The ability to understand and measure the success of a campaign
11. Good analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
12. The ability to tailor marketing strategies to meet the needs of both B2B and B2C clients
13. Project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
14. Demonstrable experience running end to end marketing campaigns with clear and engaging content
15. Demonstratble experience in regional marketing management, specifically across account based campaigns.
