Salary: VTG11, SP 34-37 (£35,815-£38,586.51) per annum, pro rata (actual starting salary £32,282.85 per annum) + Health Cash Plan and Benefits package.

Role Overview:
In collaboration with senior leadership, you will plan and implement a strategy for developing a careers programme for the school that meets all eight of the Gatsby benchmarks of good practice and prepares young people for the choices and transitions in education, training, and employment.
You will lead the delivery of a model assisting students to access independent and appropriate careers advice and guidance and lead and coordinate on work experience. You will also support the wider development of students’ employability skills through specific activities and events and create and maintain strong employer links.
