Witekio is looking for a highly organized Office Administrator who will be responsible for managing day-to-day activities in the UK office and supporting our office and team members. This is a hands-on dynamic position, requiring multitasking, prioritisation of tasks and also being office based. The ideal candidate has experience in administrative tasks, is highly organized, proactive, likes building relationships with other team members with good communication skills. Role & responsibilities : Office Management Manage UK office suppliers / maintenance Manage purchases for UK office & projects Manage stock supply and inventory tool Manage shipments/deliveries and incoming/outcoming postal mails Contribute to the team well-being Organize events with site Director Travel Administration Travel manager for UK office Legal Administration Local insurance Submit annual companies house declaration Quality & security Partners with global admin team Monitor quality metrics, Contributor to the company strategy related to security, Implement company security and quality instructions Inform Security team on any breach of security detected. Communicate the quality indicators to the stakeholders (Reporting, KPI, Test Result, etc.).
