Key responsibilities
1. Manages the marketing activities and programs for the organization.
2. Develops and implements marketing plans to serve the business objectives.
3. Stays abreast of changes in the marketing environment and coordinates market research projects.
4. Selects and manages ongoing relationships with different marketing vendors.
5. May oversees advertising, events and public relationships.
6. Manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs.
7. True first level manager.
8. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets.
9. Has full authority for personnel actions.
10. Extensive knowledge of department processes.
Requirements
11. Solid experience in leading demand generation initiatives
12. Experience managing a budget
13. Experience with Marketing Analytics
14. Experience across PPC, Social and Content Syndication with a lead generation focus
15. Ability to work closely with the broader Performance Marketing & Website teams to ensure demand generation best practices and data driven website touchpoints for lead generation are installed
16. Ability to design, own and report on a robust media testing plan across demand generation, with the goal of clearly showing impact of campaigns on business performance
17. Proven communication and Influencing skills working closely with creative and content teams to ensure teams are aware of content requirements
18. Track record of working in cross functional partnerships
19. Experience of sourcing, implementing and maximizing B2B martech such as: Salesforce, Eloqua etc
20. Experience planning integrated funnel funnel demand generation campaigns through: Brand, Display, Video, Content, Whitepapers, Case Studies, Webinars, Events, Research, High Quality Leads, Appointment Setting, Demo, Trial and Sales Enablement
21. Prior experience working in the B2B sector
