A Regional HR Advisor is sought to support and guide a dedicated team in the Not For Profit sector, ensuring the smooth running of the Human Resources department across the Swindon and Gloucester areas. The ideal candidate will have a keen interest in the sector and a passion for delivering high-quality HR services. Description Provide comprehensive HR advice to managers and employees Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies Manage recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes Handle employee relations issues, including grievance and disciplinary procedures Ensure compliance with employment law and regulations Coordinate training and development initiatives Participate in HR projects as required Contribute to the creation of a positive and supportive working environment Profile A successful HR Advisor should have: CIPD Level 5 accredited or equivalent qualification in Human Resources Knowledge of employment law and HR best practices Experience in handling HR matters in a Not For Profit setting Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong relationships A proactive approach and the ability to work independently Job Offer A competitive salary, up to £39,000 per annum Flexible and hybrid working options A supportive, inclusive, and friendly company culture Opportunities for professional growth and development 25 days holiday leave plus BHs
