Required to start in April, we seek to recruit a part-time After School Manager to join and lead our friendly and professional After Care team.
The After School Manager will ensure a high standard of physical, emotional, social and intellectual care for the children placed in the After School Club, including those with special needs, is provided at all times.
To also provide high quality and varied activities in line with the School Ethos, within a safe and caring environment and to manage other After School staff as required and deal with parents in a professional and customer friendly manner.
The after-school provision runs from 3.30pm to 6.00pm, Monday to Friday, term-time only (36 weeks of the year). The manager would be expected to work approximately 10 to 12 hours each week and will be discussed further at interview.
The salary grade is E2 to E6 of the Princethorpe Foundation support staff pay scales, £29,250 to £30,752 per annum full time equivalent. Salary is by negotiation, depending on relevant experience.
