Workday Operations Analyst – Leading Private Equity Firm
Location: London (Hybrid 4 days in office, 1 from home)
TechNet IT Recruitment is working with a leading Private Equity firm to find a Workday Operations Analyst to join their Global HR team. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in HR systems, reporting, and process improvement, supporting business-wide transformation and best practices.
The Role:
As a Workday Operations Analyst, you will be responsible for maintaining and optimising HR systems (Workday), producing meaningful data reports, and driving process efficiencies. You will also support global HR projects and play a key role in ensuring seamless HR operations across multiple regions, primarily focusing on the UK, Europe, and India.
Key Responsibilities:
* Workday & HR Systems Management – Maintain and administer Workday, troubleshoot issues, and support system updates to ensure data integrity.
* HR Data Reporting & Analytics – Generate reports, analyse trends, and provide insights to support HR decision-making.
* Data Management – Ensure HR data accuracy, conduct audits, and support data migration and integration projects.
* Training & Support – Provide guidance to HR staff on Workday functionalities and develop user-friendly documentation.
* Process Improvement – Identify opportunities for automation and optimisation of HR systems and workflows.
* Global HR Support – Assist with regional and global HR projects, including due diligence questionnaires (DDQs) and ad-hoc HR initiatives.
What We’re Looking For:
* HR Systems Expertise – Strong experience with Workday is essential, with additional HRIS experience highly desirable.
* Analytical Mindset – Ability to interpret HR data and generate actionable insights.
* Tech-Savvy – Proficiency in Excel, data visualisation tools (Power BI), and basic SQL knowledge is a plus.
* Detail-Oriented – Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
* Collaborative & Adaptable – Excellent communication skills to interact with global teams and senior stakeholders.
* Relevant Qualifications – A Bachelor’s degree is required, with CIPD or other HR certifications preferred.
