What will I be doing?
The Railway Inn Cider House and Restaurant is looking for an experienced Sous Chef to join the team. The team is proud to deliver high quality, freshly cooked food, sourcing locally wherever possible, and alongside our premium drinks range. Our service and offering is attentive and well presented, just as we believe a pub at the heart of its community should be. The role is full time and will involve varying shift patterns so flexibility is a must.
As a business we are constantly investing in The Railway to ensure the highest quality experience for our customers and teams. As a Sous Chef at the Railway Inn, you will be involved in producing high quality food and be part of The Railway's many exciting events.
As a Sous Chef you will be:
* Responsible for running kitchen service at certain times.
* Assisting with the preparation and serving of food at The Railway Inn.
* Consistently delivering high quality food.
* Maintaining kitchen cleanliness and health and safety standards.
* Participating in producing high quality food for our many exciting events!
Experience is essential, so we are looking for someone with creativity and flair and a passion to deliver high quality food.
