Requirements Key Responsibilities Follow architectural drawings and instructions to produce accurately constructed masonry ensuring your work is carried out with strong attention to detail in an environment where quality is paramount. Comply with information and instructions derived from risk assessments & method statements. Complete daily tasks using a variety of different tools such as disk/petrol cutters, pneumatic and hand tools whilst strictly adhering to our health and safety policies and procedures. Responsible for of undertaking historic stone surveys and maintenance schedules. If necessary, producing accurate banker masonry, cutting schedules, templates, and molds. Person specification: Stonemasonry NVQ Level 2/ Level 3 qualified, or equivalent Significant experience working as a Stonemason Knowledge and skills to install of a wide range of building materials Knowledge and skills in restoration and conservation Knowledge and experience of accurately measuring and setting out.
