Dispute Resolution Partner
Location: Exeter
Fantastic opportunity for a highly experienced Disputes Resolution Partner to join the Exeter office of this forward-thinking law firm. The firm is very different from a traditional, partner-led firm. There are over 22 locations across England with plans to expand further, having recently achieved a turnover of 125 million.
There is a corporate management structure, no formal billing targets, chargeable hours or periodical appraisals. The focus is on a collaborative team model, encouraging employees to work closely, share knowledge, and ultimately provide a fantastic service to clients.
The Dispute Resolution team manages all aspects of disputes matters such as arbitration and mediation, commercial contract issues, contentious probate, corporate disputes following acquisitions and between shareholders, defamation, and more.
The firm has a defined business plan to invest and grow national offices through 2022 and onwards. The Exeter team is looking for a Disputes Resolution Partner to assist with this growth.
The ideal individual will have an in-depth knowledge of Dispute Resolution and considerable experience. You'll have demonstrable networking, marketing, and business development skills, as well as the ability to build strong relationships with new and existing clients.
This is a key role offering a strong platform for professional development, high-quality work, as well as an excellent competitive rewards structure.
