Additionally we provide: Hybrid and flexible working Highly competitive salary Pension matched contributions Broad range of social events The Role: The Consulting Marketing Executive is responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to promote Altus Consulting services in order to attract new clients, enhance the Altus Consulting brand presence in the market and to build thought leadership presence in the Financial Services industry. This is a Fixed Contract role lasting 12 months. Responsibilities: Planning, Content and Event Delivery Support the creation and execution of the Annual Marketing Plan for Altus Consulting; understand key strategic business objectives and drivers of the plan Support the implementation and evolution of the marketing operating model, processes and systems; work with the Consulting Marketing Manager and Consulting Operations Director to review and sign-off marketing initiatives using the Marketing Operating model Contribute to and produce high-quality content across all mediums to showcase Altus Consulting and continue to build thought leadership presence in the Financial Services industry Plan and execute marketing campaigns, events, and promotional activities to generate awareness and drive engagement with target audiences Utilise various digital marketing channels such as websites, social media, email campaigns, SEO, and content marketing to increase brand visibility and generate leads Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and communications Support the creation and execution of content for the Altus Consulting website, social media calendar and quarterly newsletter Work with Consulting Operations to plan and execute corporate hospitality events Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry influencers, to enhance brand visibility and reputation Marketing Effectiveness and Efficiency Work with the Consulting Marketing Manager to review and refine marketing initiative goals and channels, based on performance metrics Work with Domain Directors and the Business Development team to identify and maximise opportunities for lead generation within strategic key accounts, as well as to build effective email lists Collaborate with internal teams, including business development, and consulting teams, to align marketing efforts with business goals and support lead generation activities Support the Altus Consulting PR efforts, in collaboration with Domain Directors and the agency Work with the Equisoft Marketing team as required to ensure alignment around marketing initiatives Use marketing budgets effectively in collaboration with Domain Directors and the Marketing team, allocating resources to initiatives that yield the highest return on investment Work with the Consulting Marketing Manager to evaluate the cost-effectiveness of marketing activities and adjust spending accordingly. Monitor and analyse the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives, using metrics and KPIs to evaluate effectiveness and make data-driven decisions for optimisation Produce data analysis reports for stakeholders as required Work closely with all members of the Marketing and Operations teams to support a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning Stay up-to-date on emerging marketing trends, technologies, and tools, and make recommendations for continuous improvement and innovation Attend workshops, conferences, and training sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge Requirements: Experience of using CMS system, WordPress desirable but not essential. Experience of using CRM system, HubSpot desirable but not essential. Proactive and organised, including the ability to prioritise a number of projects at any one time. Attention to detail and focused on accuracy. Solid written and verbal communications skills. Curious, motivated with an interest in marketing.
