The Role:
We're seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant who can go beyond traditional EA duties to become a crucial support for the CEO. This role requires someone who can seamlessly alternate between high-level support and detailed execution across multiple business areas
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support (Core Function)
• Comprehensive management of CEO's email communications and calendar
• Strategic organization and coordination of meetings
• Proactive follow-up on action points and deadlines
• Development and maintenance of efficient documentation systems
• Acting as a primary point of contact for stakeholders
• Liaison with Key suppliers
Multi-Channel Sales Support
• Creation and maintenance of compelling sales presentations
• Supporting CS with VIP customer portals including new listings.
• Proactive sales lead follow-up
• Support of sales planning activities
• Handling of administrative sales tasks
• Building and maintaining key stakeholder relationships
Research & Development Support
• Conducting market research
• Investigation of new ingredients and products
• Support of new business initiatives
• Contributing to new product initiatives
Skills & Qualifications
Essential Qualities:
• Strong executive presence with the ability to lead independently when required
• Natural ability to "read the room" and adapt communication styles accordingly
• Exceptional organizational skills and proven ability to bring projects to completion
• Self-motivated with strong initiative and follow-through capabilities
• High emotional intelligence and adaptability
• Ability to maintain consistent professional communications while protecting executive's time
• Strong systems thinking with the ability to create and implement efficient processes
