The Copthorne Tara Hotel London Kensington is looking for Senior Group Reservations Executive who will maximise revenue opportunities in the areas of group reservations, by driving sales leads and increasing conversions. The Senior Group Reservations Executivewill interact frequently with Guests and customers with the intention of earning repeat and expanded business.
Senior Group Reservations Executivekey responsibilities:
* To input Group/Block Reservations into OPERA reservations system, issue contracts and pro-formas ensuring all details are accurate and complete in line with the agreed departmental standard.
* Implement strategies to convert group enquiries into confirmed bookings, meeting or exceeding salestargets.
* Work closely with the Operations team to ensure smooth execution of group events and stays, ensuring guest satisfaction.
* To adhere to and help implement the department SOP's and ensure compliance from all sales team members in the department.
* To be fully conversant in the hotels revenue strategy to be able to maximize group revenue and conversion in line with the departmental conversion target. This includes knowing the groups budget and forecasted numbers and how the team can contribute to achieving these numbers.
* To ensure that the inbox fully up to date and that all quotes are responded to with in 4 hours and all other emails are dealt within 24 hours of receiving.
