Qualifications:
Registered Nurse (RGN) qualification with a valid NMC PIN.
Previous experience in a leadership or senior clinical role within a nursing home setting.
Strong understanding of dementia, mental health, and palliative care.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a diverse team.
Knowledge of CQC regulations and commitment to best practices in elderly care.
