Responsibilities
* Process and reconcile financial transactions, including invoices, Discretionary housing payments and prevention fund payments.
* Assist in budget tracking and financial reporting.
* Collaborate with the team manager, finance team, statutory and non-statutory organisations to ensure accurate and timely financial transactions.
* Identify landlords offering suitable private rented accommodation for our clients at the local housing allowance rate.
* Negotiating deposits and rental payments
* Updating our portfolio of accommodation providers and sharing with the team.
* Ensuring the subscription renewal of accommodation platforms.
Skills
1. Proven experience as an Administrator or in a similar role.
2. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
3. Process and reconcile financial transactions, including invoices, Discretionary housing payments and prevention fund payments.
