Job Description
This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading provider of outsourced administration services to the UK Life Assurance and Pensions market. You will be handling inbound calls from customers, providing them with seamless support and resolving their queries efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
* Take inbound calls from customers and provide them with empathetic and respectful service
* Resolve customer queries and issues in a timely manner
* Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to remain calm under pressure and work well in a fast-paced environment
* Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word & Excel)
