Job Purpose
Maintenance Engineer | Multi-skilled
As a maintenance Engineer you will be an essential member in keeping production running in a fast-paced environment. You will report to the Site Maintenance Manager and be part of a team operating a continental shift pattern. You will be responsible for all aspects of day-to-day engineering and maintenance activities ensuring work is carried out to the highest standards and maximising machine efficiencies. This will be a reactive and a proactive maintenance role, working to and carrying out the monthly PPM work. As a maintenance engineer, you will also be responsible for the installation of new plant and machinery. You will have experience working within planned and preventative maintenance schedules. We offer an amazing on the job-training plan so the successful candidate will be in line to broaden their skills considerably.

What it takes
The successful candidate will be qualified to at least NVQ level 3 or equivalent with a recognised engineering apprenticeship or training programme. The successful candidate will have relevant industry experience with exposure to fast paced production and have the ability to carry out electrical and mechanical PLC’s, fault diagnosis and repairs.
