Here are some of the activities you’ll be involved in… Lead, inspire, and manage a team of administrative professionals to create a positive and productive work environment. Continuously evaluate and enhance administrative processes to improve efficiency. Provide training and mentorship to administrative team members, nurturing their growth and development. Reviewing timesheets submitted by operatives & inputting data for wages. Arranging training with internal and external providers Managing absence such as holidays and sickness. Inputting data to IFS We would love to hear from you if you can demonstrate… Proven experience in administration, with several years in a leadership or supervisory role. Proficient in office software such as Microsoft Office – Outlook, Teams, Excel etc and IFS experience. You are a team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, as well as strong organizational skills, with a keen attention to detail.
