Your mission: You’ll be leading designers of all crafts, working across the cross-functional teams that make up Account — a squad that helps millions of people manage their international money all in one place. How you’ll be contributing: Collaborating with your design, product and engineering partners to lead the squad, set the vision and strategy, and coach teams to deliver it Working on the highest impact projects in the squad, and setting the direction for upcoming work Planning and prioritising the work and hiring and onboarding new designers as needed Working with design leaders from other squads to build a single, seamless experience for customers Using your design leadership skills to up-level quality, maturity and alignment across the Account squad You’ll have the opportunity to: Support and grow a talented design team Guide teams to deliver impact and ship work you’re proud of Be hands on, leading through the work and setting the bar Elevate product and design quality — you define what good looks like in the squad, then help them deliver it Be part of a positive change in the world. About you: You’re an accomplished content design leader with several years experience leading teams to ship world-class consumer products You’re a trusted partner, building effective relationships with your peers across the business You’re comfortable navigating complexity and ambiguity — and can successfully lead groups in this environment You have an eye for quality, and know how to support designers and teams to deliver it You’re influential and inspiring, able to lead others in a culture that values autonomy and empowerment You’re highly empathetic, both to customers and the people you work with Additional Information For everyone, everywhere.
