Our pathway covers all children and young people across Devon and Torbay, with work bases located throughout the county. Our services operate from 9am to 10pm, seven days a week, with shift options to support work-life balance.
You will work alongside colleagues in a multi-disciplinary team, fostering relationships with various agencies to meet the diverse needs of children and families. Adapting your communication and intervention style to address individual needs is essential. You will be encouraged to develop your knowledge of child development and child protection procedures.
