Hyundai Aftersales Manager
The Murray Group have an excellent opportunity opening up for a committed, focused Aftersales Manager within our Hyundai Retailer in Crownhill. You will take responsibility for the management of our fast-paced service department, with a focus on customer satisfaction and service delivery.
Your role will include:
* Optimising and increasing profitability whilst maintaining exceptional customer service levels
* Maintaining effective Service core processes
* Driving workshop performance
* Leading and engaging the Aftersales teams
* Effective analysis and interpretation of data
* Managing a team including front of house, parts, workshop and drivers
* Control of stocks and assets at a level commensurate with profit requirements and customer satisfaction
* Ensure departmental compliance with company policies and industry guidelines
* Troubleshooting

You will need to be knowledgeable in areas including:
* Service, material and Parts sales revenue vs targets
* Labour productivity, workshop lead times, margins and stock turn
* Customer satisfaction and retention
* Aftersales Marketing
* Workshop Loading
* First time fix rates
* Training/internal coaching
* Customer complaints
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £40,000.00-£55,000.00 per year
