We are looking for a dedicated Assistant Manager to lead, inspire, and motivate a team in our welcoming Starbucks store! Assistant Managers manage the store in the absence of the Manager and act as the right-hand person to the Store Manager.
You will be second in command, ensuring smooth store operations, promoting sales, increasing profitability, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your role includes leading and engaging the team, making beverages, maintaining store cleanliness, and serving customers.
