Salary: £12.00 per hour
Type: Temp-Perm
Schedule: Monday-Friday with 1 Saturday and 1 Sunday a month
Hours: 37.5 hours per week between 9AM-5.30PM

Our client is looking for a Customer Service Executive to join their busy, fast-growing and modern business. This is a full-time role working 37.5 hours a week between the hours of 9AM-5.30PM, Monday-Sunday on a rotational basis. Friday-Sunday you can work from home ONCE trained.
This is an office-based role in Nuneaton where you will be taking calls, answering emails, and working on live chat. Helping customers with product delays, handling queries, and offering solutions. It is fast-paced but with a lovely team and you will be fully trained. Personality is key; you must be able to lead a conversation.
To Be Considered You MUST:
* Have some form of Customer Service experience
* Be able to commit to full-time work between the hours of 9AM-5.30PM Monday-Sunday
* Have strong fluent English both written and verbal
* Be confident with computers
